Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 1, 2026
This policy describes how TSAKAS INVEST (publisher of Cetonia) processes your personal data, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (« Informatique et Libertés »).
Our principle: as little data as possible
Cetonia is a desktop application: your projects, files and conversations stay on your machine, and the AI runs through your own Claude access (subscription or API key). We neither host nor read your content, and the application contains no telemetry. We only collect what is strictly necessary to manage your license.
Data controller
TSAKAS INVEST — 122 rue Amelot, 75011 Paris, France — contact@cetonia.ai.
Data we collect
- Email address — when you purchase or manage your license.
- Payment data — processed directly by Stripe; we never store your card numbers.
- Device identifier (device id) — a non-nominative technical identifier, used to limit the number of installations per license.
- Billing data — required to issue invoices and comply with our accounting obligations.
Purposes and legal bases
- Managing your subscription and licenses — performance of the contract.
- Invoicing and accounting — legal obligation.
- Support and answering your requests — legitimate interest.
- Service-related emails (confirmation, license key, renewal) — performance of the contract.
Processors / recipients
We rely on service providers that process certain data on our behalf:
- Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
- Supabase — license database.
- Resend — service email delivery.
- Render — website hosting.
- GitHub — distribution of application downloads.
Some of these providers are located outside the European Union (United States). These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses of the European Commission).
Retention period
Your data is kept for the duration of your subscription, then archived for as long as legal obligations require (in particular 10 years for accounting documents). The device identifier is deleted upon cancellation.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights: contact@cetonia.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

This website only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. No advertising or tracking cookie is set without your consent.
