Terms of Sale

Last updated: July 27, 2026

1. Purpose and seller

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of the subscription to the Cetonia software, published and marketed by TSAKAS INVEST, a French SASU with a share capital of €500, registered office at 122 rue Amelot, 75011 Paris, RCS Paris 994 197 762 (“the Seller”). Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. The service

Cetonia is a desktop application for orchestrating AI agents (through the customer's own Claude access) to produce deliverables. The subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software.

3. Price

The subscription costs €19 per month, with the first month free. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (franchise en base). Prices may change; any change to an ongoing subscription requires the subscriber's agreement and does not affect the period already paid.

4. Order and payment

Payment is made online by card through our provider Stripe, in a secure environment. The Seller never stores any card data.

5. Duration, renewal and cancellation

The subscription is monthly and renews automatically at each term. You can cancel at any time, free of charge and online, from your Stripe management page (accessible via the confirmation email) or by writing to contact@cetonia.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no pro-rated refund is due for a period already started.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have in principle 14 days to withdraw. However, as this is digital content supplied immediately, by subscribing you expressly agree that the service starts as soon as your order is confirmed and waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (article L221-28, 13°). As the first month is free, no amount is charged during that trial period.

7. Statutory warranties

The customer benefits from the statutory warranty of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

8. Liability

Cetonia is provided “as is”. The Seller makes every effort to keep the service available but cannot be held liable for interruptions caused by third parties (AI provider, host, network) or by non-compliant use. Content produced by the AI agents remains the responsibility of the user who requests and approves it.

9. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint: contact@cetonia.ai. In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge: [mediator to be appointed — to be completed]. The customer may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

11. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, French courts have jurisdiction.
